March 1, 2019 – Cinpak Inc., Austin Texas, has formally agreed to merge their organization into I&I sales group LLC. effective immediately. Cinpak Inc. representing clients in six southwest states joins Bull’sEye/Henson, leading Manufacturing Representatives in the Institutional & Industrial channels of distribution. The combined company now offers Sales and Marketing services in 26 states throughout the entire East Coast/Southeast and now Southwest Region of the United States. Combined enterprise, 70 employees, utilizing 50 field sales representatives and an administrative and customer service support team of 20 specialists.
