Wendie Manion brings over 25 years of transformative leadership to the JanSan industry, launching her career at Bobrick Washroom Equipment. As a principal at a manufacturer’s representative organization for 15 years, she excelled at building distributor and end-user channels. Wendie’s trajectory continued at GOJO Industries, where she rose through multiple leadership roles, and at Supply Source Enterprises, where she served as Vice President of Sales, forging strategic partnerships and innovative go-to-market strategies. In 2024, she propelled Avision, a division of Forward Solutions, forward as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and was swiftly promoted to Executive Vice President of Facility Supplies. Wendie is a past council member of the ISSA Hygieia Network and board member of the Southern California Sanitary Supply Association. Today, she champions strategic manufacturer relationships while shaping direction on the Avision Leadership Team.

Steever Flannigan began his career in 2002 as a manufacturer’s representative with Flannigan Sales, serving as a field sales representative across Tennessee and Georgia. Over time, he advanced into leadership roles, first managing the Southeast team for Henson Sales and later serving as Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic, Carolinas, and Southeast regions under the Avision Brand. In his current role, Steever focuses on aligning and driving sales strategy within the foodservice segment. Steever is known for his results-driven mindset. He emphasizes execution and strategic alignment and consistently works to support our partners’ broader business objectives.
SVP of Operations and Sales Development
Tom McCollum’s career started in 1987 with The Hoffmaster Company, a division of Scott Paper Company, where he managed accounts in the New York Metro market. After several relocations, he co-founded Bull’sEye, Inc. in February 1998 with colleagues, launching a manufacturer representative firm based in Hershey, Pennsylvania. In early 2018, Bull’sEye, Inc. merged to help create what is now Avision, a division of Forward Solutions. Today, Tom serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Sales Development, directing national Sales Support and Inside Sales teams. He has also served on the Avision Leadership Team for the past eight years.

Tom O’Toole brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the JanSan and foodservice industries, focusing on driving sustained sales growth and forging strategic partnerships with manufacturers and distributors. He spent 20 years with Bull’sEye Marketing as Vice President of Sales, where he led and grew the New York Metro market while helping expand the organization into a leading manufacturer representative group serving the Northeast. In 2018, he joined Avision, a division of Forward Solutions, as the company evolved into a unified national platform. Today, Tom serves as Senior Vice President of Sales, leading initiatives to enhance seller capabilities, drive consistent organic growth, and strengthen alignment across key partners nationwide. Based in the New York area, he continues to play a key role in advancing Avision’s sales strategy and market presence.

Christopher DeBolt has built a long-standing career in the JanSan and foodservice industries, bringing more than three decades of experience in sales and strategic account management. He began his career in 1992 and has spent over 30 years with Avision, a division of Forward Solutions, helping grow its presence across the United States. Over his tenure, he has played a key role in representing facility supplies and foodservice disposable manufacturers through outsourced sales and marketing solutions. Today, he serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, leading key customer relationships and driving strategic growth initiatives. Based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, Christopher continues to support Avision’s mission of delivering strong alignment between manufacturers and customers.
EVP Sales Execution
Craig began his career in 1990 as a field sales representative with DOW Marketing Group, building a strong foundation in the manufacturer’s rep space. In 1999, he co-purchased and merged DOW Marketing with JPO Marketing to form JPO/DOW, a three-state representative firm. As the business expanded into five additional states, the company rebranded as Apex in the early 2010s, continuing its growth and market presence. In 2020, Apex joined Avision, a division of Forward Solutions. Craig also served on the ISSA Board of Directors from 2013 to 2015 and has contributed to several manufacturer representative councils throughout his career. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Facility Supplies and has since been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales Execution, where he supports the national sales organization by leading business development, rep development, pipeline management, market defense strategies, and the execution of new product and line launches.

Tony’s commitment to integrating employee perspectives and corporate goals has been instrumental in inspiring ownership, enhancing outcomes, and driving overall employee satisfaction. In his role as the Chief Administration and Integration Officer, Tony prioritizes efficiency in policies, execution of core values and division performance as Forward Solutions continues its expansive growth.

Colleen Mocko, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, brings 20+ years of experience in financial leadership, private equity, and operational scale. She leads all financial functions at Forward Solutions, driving strategic alignment, reporting, and growth infrastructure to support the company’s next era of expansion.
Chief Technology Officer
Paul’s 25 years of experience as a successful business and sales executive led him to build out a CRM system for a consortium of agencies that eventually merged with Avision. In his role as the CIO, Paul led the technology integration of multiple Forward Solutions acquisitions and the development of SaleSpark™, a sales and revenue enablement software launching in 2023 for OneSolution, Avision, and Curate.

Gina brings over 20 years of B2B marketing experience in manufacturing, construction, healthcare, commercial offices, and hospitality industries. In her role as VP of Marketing, she leverages best practices gained from working with Fortune 500 companies to drive successful digital marketing strategies, customer-centric messaging, and brand-building programs for Forward Solutions.
